Package Peru Adventure

DAY 1: Departure

• Arrival to Lima, capital of Peru
• Encounter with our driver at the International Airport in Lima and transfer to your hotel
• Overnight at the hotel de Lima

DAY 2: Lima

• Breakfast at the hotel
• City tours in Lima: a visit to the colonial centre of Lima (Plaza San Martin, Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Presidential Palace, ...) with guide.
• 1:30 p. m., departure to Paracas by bus 3 stars with the company Southern Cross (approximately 4 hours), through stunning desert landscapes
• Arrival in Paracas, then transfer to the hotel
• Stroll along the malecon of Paracas
• Overnight at the hotel in Paracas

DAY 3: leaf Springs/Huacachina

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Transfer to the port of Paracas
• A trip through the Pacific to the beautiful Ballestas Islands, the "Galapagos of Peru". In this excursion to the Ballestas Islands, you can observe many species of sea birds, sea lions and Humboldt penguin. We will be able to see the mysterious candelabro de Paracas, a geoglyph giant 180 feet high, recorded in the hills of the coast
• Depart around 11:00 am from Paracas to Ica (approximately 1 hour and a half drive)
• Arrival in Ica and transfer to the hotel
• At 16:00 h departure to the dunes to perform activities of buggy and sandboarding, enjoying the sunset
• Accommodation at the hotel de Ica

DAY 4: Nazca

• Breakfast
• Transfer to Nazca to visit the viewing point and observe the incredible Nazca lines (optional). Optional, plane flight over the Nazca Lines (duration: 40 minutes)
• After lunch, excursion to visit the Aqueducts of Cantalloc and the Walls
• For the night, out in the night bus (reclining seat 160°) to Arequipa, very comfortable

DAY 5: Arequipa, the White City,

• Arrival in Arequipa, transfer to the hotel and breakfast
• Visit of the city of Arequipa, market, Plaza de Armas, and the Cloister of the Company
• In the afternoon, visit to the neighborhood and to the mirador de Yanahuara, then walk toward the center of the city
• Accommodation at the hotel de Arequipa

DAY 6: Route Arequipa / Ashlar

• Breakfast
• Free morning
• Output at 2:00 pm to the "Ruta del Sillar"
• Accommodation at the hotel de Arequipa

DAY 7: Colca Canyon

• Departure at 7:00 am in the minibus from the hotel to the town of Chivay (approximately 3 hours of travel, 161 km), we will make stops along the way to Chivay to see the landscapes, the natural park where they live vicuñas and llamas in the wild, and also to admire the volcanoes of the region
• Arrival to Chivay at 12:00 noon.
• Visit to the town of Chivay and your market
• Relax in the thermal baths (water from 35°C to 38°C) in the afternoon
• Show in a restaurant in the village
• Accommodation at the hotel in Chivay

DAY 8 : Colca Canyon

• Breakfast
• Departure to the village of Yankay to visit their main square
• Output to the Colca Canyon, the "Condor Cross", to see the canyon and the flight of the condors
• On the way back to Chivay, we will stop at the traditional village of Maca to observe the natural terraces of pre-inca in the valley
• Arrival to Chivay, then food in a restaurant buffet gourmet peruvian
• Arrival in Puno at around 7:00 pm
• Accommodation at the hotel in Puno

DAY 9: Island of the Uros / Taquile Island

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Excursion to Lake Titicaca to visit the floating islands of the Uros, then discovery of the Island of Taquile, where the inhabitants live in community, and have retained their amazing traditions
• Host family Taquilian
• Gourmet food peruvian in the home of our hosts
• Visit the top of the island with our host for 2 hours
• Dinner and overnight in the home of our friends Dina and Santodomingo

DAY 10: Taquile/Puno

• Breakfast
• Walk to the beach of the island, for those who want it
• After lunch, we will go to the port of Taquile for the departure to Puno
• Arrival to Puno by 5:00 pm
• Accommodation at the hotel in Puno

DAY 11: Pucará / Raqchi / Cusco

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Travel tour guided from Puno to Cusco through the Andean Altiplano and the Cordillera of the Andes
• Visit the archaeological site of Pucara
• Food in a restaurant buffet gourmet peruvian
• Stop at the beautiful viewpoint of The Stripe
• Visit of Raqchi and the Temple of Wiracocha
• Visit to the Church of Andahualillas nicknamed "the Sistine Chapel of the Andes"
• Accommodation at the hotel in Cusco

DAY 12: Cusco-Tambomachay / Puka Pukara / Quenqo / Sacsayhuaman

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Visit Tambomachay
• Visit Puka Pukara
• Visit Qenqo
• Visit Sacsayhuaman
• Meal in a gourmet restaurant peruano
• Free afternoon
• Accommodation at the hotel in Cusco

DAY 13: Maras Moray / Salinas / Ollantaytambo / Aguas Calientes

• Breakfast
• Visit of the village of Chinchero
• Visit the magnificent archaeological site of "Maras", the agricultural laboratory of the incas
• Visit las salinas "The salt – Moray" which is located in the heart of the mountains
• Meal in a gourmet restaurant peruano
• Visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo
• Your guide will leave you at the train station to get to Aguas Calientes, a tourist town at the foot of Machu Picchu, where you will be greeted by your guide of Machu Picchu
• Accommodation at the hotel in Aguas Calientes

DAY 14: Machu Picchu (Cusco)

• Breakfast
• From Aguas Calientes ascent by bus to Machu Picchu
• Visit the famous Machu Picchu
• After admiring for the last time the incredible buildings in the slopes of the mountains, we will return to Aguas Calientes to board the ferry
• Meal in a gourmet restaurant peruano
• Then back to Cusco. Your driver will meet you at the Ollantaytambo train station for the return trip to your hotel in Cusco, where your tour guide will be waiting
• Accommodation at the hotel in Cusco

DAY 15: Return to Lima

• Breakfast
• Stroll through the city of Cusco and visit the San Pedro market
• Departure to the airport of Cusco
• Arrival to Lima and connect with your international flight
