1. Registration<\/span><\/h3>

1.1. Enrollment in any of our travel implies the acceptance of our terms and conditions. Enters into force from the moment it is paid a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the benefits.<\/span><\/p>

2. Cancellation by the client<\/span><\/h3>

2.1. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure for a private tour, or more than 60 days in advance for a group trip:<\/span><\/p>

  • Full refund of deposit, less an administration fee of $ 130 per person (rates of bank transaction are your responsibility).<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2.2. Cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to departure for a private tour, or between 60 and 20 days before for a group trip:<\/span><\/p>

    • AmericaLatine Tours are left with 35% of the total value of the stay.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      2.3. Cancellation between 15 and 5 days prior to departure for a private tour, or between 20 and 5 days before for a group trip:<\/span><\/p>

      • AmericaLatine Tours retains the 50% of the total value of the stay.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        2.4. Cancellation between 5 and 2 days prior to departure for a private tour or in a group:<\/span><\/p>

        • AmericaLatine Tours retains 70% of the total value of the stay.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          2.5. Cancellation with less than 2 days prior to departure, a no-show or interruption of the trip:<\/span><\/p>

          • There are No refunds. In case of late arrival of the international flight, AmericaLatine Tours will offer a solution to resume the program. Additional costs of transportation and lodging will be covered by you. The lost services will only be reimbursed up to the amount of rebates obtained from our service providers.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            3. Reduction of the size of the group due to cancellations<\/span><\/h3>

            (This paragraph applies only to private tours, not to group travel in a fixed time). <\/span><\/p>

            3.1. The cancellation conditions apply to every participant cancels their trip. For the rest of the participants, the cost per person can increase, since the price is calculated on the basis of the initial number of participants. The participants that have been cancelled will not be responsible for this additional cost, which will be borne by the rest of the participants.<\/span><\/p>

            4. Cancellation by AmericaLatine Tours<\/span><\/h3>

            4.1. Cancellation due to force majeure (for example, social unrest or political):<\/span><\/p>

            • Full refund of deposit, less any bank charges and non-refundable fees incurred by AmericaLatine Tours, upon presentation of supporting documents. No compensation will be paid compensation. AmericaLatine Tours is not responsible for refunds of international flight tickets without cancellation insurance.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              4.2. To travel in groups at a fixed date, if you do not reach the minimum number of 6 participants:<\/span><\/p>

              • Proposal of an alternative without meals, tour guides and private transport, with bus transportation to public, first-class and English-speaking guides for each visit. If you reject this proposal, a full refund of the deposit, less any bank charges. <\/span>No compensation will be paid compensation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                5. Changes in the program<\/h3>

                5.1. For justified reasons (social movements, weather events, natural disasters, safety of passengers), AmericaLatine Tours reserves the right to modify the means of transport, accommodation, itineraries and schedules of the excursions.<\/span><\/p>

                5.2. AmericaLatine Tours is not responsible for the consequences of changes in the program due to airport closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, delays on flights, political situations, strikes, changes in the type of aircraft or any other force majeure event. The additional costs shall be borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

                5.3. After you have paid the initial deposit, the customer may not modify the program without the agreement of AmericaLatine Tours. It is possible to apply rates of change in function of the costs and penalties of cancellation or change of services already booked and \/ or paid.<\/span><\/p>

                6. Formalities<\/span><\/h3>

                6.1. Every traveler should inform yourself about the local rules on matters of customs, visas and vaccinations. AmericaLatine Tours is not responsible for the consequences of a breach of these formalities.<\/span><\/p>

                7. Risk and insurance<\/span><\/h3>

                7.1. The travellers accept the risks associated with the conditions of local security, distance from medical centers and activities. The companies of transport used (airplane, bus, boat, private vehicle) have their own insurance and are the only responsible in case of accident.
